it has nothing to do with nicotine. its the tobacco thats bad. read the post. it. like i said had a friend that went to the hospital. you know you scare me,, with that post and that is what I need cuz I continue to smoke without thinking about consequences and I need to go and Google some info on this matter and educate my self on the harm of cigarettes smoking,,, Im a counselor and deal with addition, but I need to practice what I preach |
