Yea, it'll get easier over time but I feel like context here is important, as well.

If you think amends should be made between you and whoever, that might help the healing process.

Can't say for certain because I don't know nor do I feel inclined to pry.

What I do suggest is taking time to do something with friends or family if you're currently missing someone. And if that's not in the cards, perhaps going to a social event, club, whatever might help take your mind off things.

Dwelling will do you no favors.

Also, if -hypothetically speaking- it wasn't about you it makes it even worse that you keep talking about all that stuff and we'd still say "get some help" as it isn't healthy.
