12C both clouds & occasional sun, but it is bright. Strong, stormy wind 6-7 Beaufort. Code Yellow for storm gusts from 11 until beginning of evening. Gusts of approx. 9 Beaufort. I knew that so already got a strap around the gates, in spite of the extra stand I put in there. Wished this storm to-do would be over. Usually it's Jan & Feb, but this year it doesn't seem to let up. On the bright side... we haven't had a really bad storm...

Thanks! I think everything will be fine although you never know, but it's just truly annoying. I don't like to go for a walk for instance with that wind. There are always branches scattered around after such winds. Don't want one on my head. Nila doesn't like it one bit either and doesn't really want to go out yet still has all that energy, hihi. And apart from that... almost April. Bout bloody time these storm winds just take a hike.

Delightful, you still have night frost? As it is it's really cold, around 0C. I can feel it indoors, even though the heating is on. We can have night frost tomorrow night too. It's definitely a cold spring!

It's definitely a cold spring! Oh yes. We had temperatures of -3°C the past few nights although last night was milder. This time in 2020 we had warm sun because I remember sitting in the garden sunbathing.

This time in 2020 we had warm sun because I remember sitting in the garden sunbathing. I cannot remember what it was like in 2020, but it is definitely colder than normal! I do remember that often around Easter it's really warm. Used to be that way when I was around 17 too. But this year Easter is early and I doubt the thermometer will hit 27-30C, which has happened quite often in the past. Most sunbathing and getting a tan over Easter weekend, haha. But I think that was usually the case when Easter was a tad later? In any case... Today... 9C sun has just disappeared, cloudy now for the rest of the day, showers possible, and wind will pick up again later on. My daughter had thought it'd be quite warm when her baby was due, but doesn't look like it. She's now 37 weeks pregnant. (We both think the wee one is going to come before 40 weeks, as in maybe next week. Wait and see!)

Oh my goodness doesn’t time fly!! 37 weeks pregnant already! Exciting times ahead for sure. I remember walking 2 miles to work one morning at Easter time when I was 18 yrs old and by the time I got to my workplace at 9 am I had a suntan.
