If you were to guess which of the 50 U.S. states is the most corrupt, which would it be ??
My initial thought was Colorado because of the Denver Airport & all the seemingly out of place "ART". I am glad I do not live there, but if I did, I would never fly out of or in to that airport. I would use the next closest city & drive the balance.
