It took sometime to get there but Iā€™d say mine is strong enough.

Depends on how, who, when, why, where, how long for etc.

It really depends on the circumstance. With some things, my will power is great. When it comes to other things, like dark chocolate, not so great, haha.

I Quit on My Own Smoking a Pack a Day Cigarettes,

I Quit on My Own Drinking a Bottle of Booze a Week.

But I have No Will Power when it Comes to the Beautiful Ladies.

Let's see, I've been celibate now for more than 42 years. How's that for willpower?

Just like what River said, it depends on the circumstances. In 2003 my mother passed away and I vowed to stop smoking. My will power was strong enough that I have not smoked since then. Celebrating 20 years not smoking next June.

Re Willpower....all I can say is WOW to you all....I thought I was pretty ok but you all have certainly stuck it out by far far better than I....I take my hat off to you all

very good almost always. unless extremely depressed.

my best is eating 3 mini Reese's every night, or occasionally 2 normal sized, every night after supper, and thats my personal limit. I could eat handfuls, but I refuse. I usually cant wait to finish supper to munch, but never touch until I finish supper.

16 years ago, l woke one morning and decided to quit smoking. Went cold turkey and haven't touched one since.

Does celibacy include abstaining from sensual self-pleasing?

No, but I don't do that very often, either.

If we lived in the same vicinity, I'd be willing to cuddle and discuss.
