Sleepy, but thank goodness feeling well again! Earlier I felt sick as a dog, not sure why. I think maybe the lasagna didn't agree with me. Took quite some time to get over it but now it's gone. I am tired but it's late.
So to bed it is! |

My mind is blown. I need a dictionary. A thesaurus. Several books on music theory and the history of guitars to hold a conversation with this one.
I better take notes. |

Brings back memories of my first lesson at the time, in Jakarta. I worked through 2 books with my teacher. Oh my darling Clementine, polkas, etc. bleehh, haha. Back in The Netherlands I could play quite well though and I found myself a new teacher. He was pleased I could already play well as his other students were all beginners. He asked what I wanted to learn, I said "Blues!!" So he taught me that and both enjoyed it. He always played along. He was multi-talented musician, all string instruments & all flutes in the world you can think of, hihi. Only had a few lessons with him unfortunately as his band became more famous and he didn't have time anymore. Still got my guitar, a Yamaha, but haven't played in years because of my neck. I used to love playing "Never Going Back" by Fleetwood Mac, but my fingers aren't lean enough to be able to do that anymore. Can't get to those far away frets, haha. Sweet memeories... Anywho... good luck! Hope you learn the lingo of your guitar! |

I cannot get enough of it. Ive had an affinity for BB King. Argo introduced me to the music of Keb Mo'. (After Argo's passing, I heard Keb Mo's music on a Hallmark Channel series. Ran into the room and it was literally Keb. I laughed. Of course Argo would send Keb to say hello. HAHA.) Thanks again for the encouragement. OT: Excited |
