can only view one page of profiles,there would normally be 50-60 plus pages, now the pages are gone,cant go past the one page showing.this is in both online profiles as well as potential matches

This may be a temporary glitch. Wait a while as the issue may get resolved.

EDIT- Seems the site may have changed the format. At the top right of the screen you will see 4 dots with the words Gallery View. Clicking on the 4 dots will bring up a different view with more profiles.

Hi Di,

I'm having the same issue too. Since last night uk time.
Have tried in both list and grid view with no change.

I only use the main fullsite version so it may differ from the app.

The main website is broken too. Only one page of profiles are visible. No next page options.

This has been reported to IT.

I'm on a computer and having the same issue..

thank you, that only puts the page in vertical form, same amount of profiles just rearranged.still no page numbers. thank you fro reply, nice to see i am not the only one having this issue,not to mention,whenever you send a message, it seems the site lags for several seconds too.

good evening txsgal, has the situation on your computer changed? i have tried everything on my end as far as clearing caches, to using cc cleaner, glary utilities,re-booting my computer,i even tried using the app,the app seems to work for me, i have verizon.but the full app just is not letting you go beyond the first page.at any rate,i just thought i would do another follow up. thanx again, i appreciate all the input so far. enjoy your evening and thank you all again.

CJ it seems they are tweaking the site.. I'll remind them tomorrow if it is not fixed..

The site has glitches ever so often when they are adding new programs etc.

Due to time zone where our IT people live we will just have to give them some time.

Anytime it is all on one site and you don't have issues on other sites and rebooting doesn't fix it. Then most likely it is the site that is having issues..

For me, the issue has now been resolved. Page numbers are again visible.

Still no profile page options working. The website needs to be wound up again by rebooting their servers or switching over to redundant servers.This is not rocket science.
