Many series, one of them is Star Trek Strange New Worlds.
And I just learnt that season 3 has come out in July :) |

Currently watching "The Sandman".
It an okay series, but at times long-winded and really slow. I prefer a bit faster paced. But since I'm knitting at night, intricate stuff, it's okay to have this on, hihi. Another thing that I miss in the series: he's the King of Dreams and has powers. I've watched 6 episodes and have yet to see his powers. The show is heavily relying on his rather gothicy & creepy appearance. |

I've given up on The Sandman. It was so slow paced that I grew tired of it. I've had a similar reaction to the Sandman.. mind you.. it was cancelled after 2 seasons.. I've been watching all the Star Trek's since the original one years ago.. love them.. fave tho was Next Gen although I enjoyed Discovery as well.. I've followed these since their beginnings: Grey's Anatomy (now S22) Murdoch Mysteries (now S19) Chicago Fire (now S14) Chicago Med (now S11) Chicago PD (now S13) some new faves are: High Potential Matlock (2024) although watched all the original ones from back when.. The Rookie (love anything with Nathan Fillion) I like watching reno/design/home show's too.. Fixer to Fabulous is awesome.. Home Town.. Love it or List it... and of course.. Expedition Files, Expedition Unknown and Expedition X (Josh Gates is hysterical at times lol) |

I watched a number of Josh Gates' shows too for a bit but lost interest when he himself didn't go out to explore anymore.
He is good, love his sense of humour. Have you ever watched Expedition Bigfoot? Now if you want to watch something that regularly keeps you on the edge of your seat you gotta watch that! It's one of these rare shows that only get better with each season. |

The others I watch for 5am fillers when the dang cat wakes me up way too early
Nope, haven't seen Exped. Bigfoot yet, is it really that interesting? Sounds somewhat like Exped. X where they go looking for the paranormal but never really prove anything legit on camera.. but I'll check out an episode and keep an open mind.. thanks Crystal! I'll let ya know! In the meantime, have you watched "After the Flood" yet? If you can get the 1st season (so far there's only 2) check it out and let me know what you think.. |

ZERO
I LOVE Expedition Bigfoot!! I've watched all 6 seasons several times. They do have plenty of things they find, but it depends what you consider to be proof. Seems to vary a lot for people. It's as if some need to see one captured and dissected on a table. I'm not one of those people. I'd hate for one to be caught as it would get mistreated, probed, dissected. What they find are hair samples, footprints, handprints -one of which was on the window of their command centre's door- plenty of thermal footage of a huge bipedal creature walking through the woods, sounds, proof that there's a creature that produces infrasound which is not done by any animal in the US and so on and so forth. They do have footage of Russell -one of the team- catching a huge dark creature standing up and walking away, and it's clearly not a bear. In the last season they capture a tall bipedal walking off through the woods. They also find nests several times (on the ground), woven and made exactly the same way gorillas make their nests. They try to back everything up by facts and science as much as possible. It's not like "finding bigfoot" which is a joke compared to this. For instance, they have reason to believe that bigfoot can cloak itself and visually disappear right in front of your face. Then people think, utter BS. But... a scientist/expert they visit says that we can actually make things invisible. We know how to do that. So it isn't a mystery anymore at all. He also says it isn't far-fetched to think that -if they can do it- an animal/creature could have figured it out too. It's nothing more than bending light. So if a creature could move its hair a certain way for instance, it is not unthinkable it can make itself invisible that way. They investigated that as there are tons of witness report stating that bigfoot suddenly disappeared AND because they themselves captured bigfoot on Lidar footage 3 times (!!) while there wasn't anything to see with the naked eye nor on regular camera. So they captured a helluva lot! And you know, if you see how freaking fast these bigfoot move through the woods when they got one on thermal imaging it's no wonder hardly anyone ever has a close encounter! NO human could run that fast. It's insane. If the subject interests you this is really a great series! |

After the flood... I think I tried that one, not sure anymore.
Sometimes I get the 1st season and forget to find the next one as it often takes so danged long for that to come out, hihi. |

I wouldn't want any species to be prodded and poked (having had the medical profession do that to me for several years when I was very young..) OR dissected.. so I guess you're right.. being invisible may well be a very good thing..
I have a general understanding of the science of bending light aka refraction.. I've known of 1 person who could do this using their mind.. powerful stuff! "now you see me.. now you don't" is more than just magic or a movie title I haven't had a chance yet to watch any episodes but I did look to see if I could find any.. only found 3 ep.. I'd have to watch them on YouTube.. |
