Haven't decided what I am going to wear, to the living room . Heck I may not even go there . But a couple of drinks and food is on the agenda .... and I wanna see 'Belfast'... that's my 31st NYE this year ...Happy NewYear all !!!

started drinking at 10am today, passed out circa 7pm got up just in time for fireworks lol

No plans, always alone on NYE. Normally it's a joy to watch the fireworks from my garden! But not allowed this year. You can get a E250 fine for doing so.

Me, enjoying the evening, watching countdown at midnight, toasting to myself and life.
And I will go back to the supermarket to get a few apple beignets, as is tradition :)

Going to bed like I do every year. I never bothered to watch the countdown.

no plan .. just going to eat my dinner . and sleep at 10. as every year I do ..

My fiancé and I are in Portsmouth, NH and going to something called “First Night”. It’s ice sculptures, music, dancing and fireworks. Should be fun!

Instead of already wishing friends on FB a Happy New Year -which felt a little premature to me- I decided to first take stock of this year!
After all we still had & have a number of hours before the new year starts and for a change I wanted to consciously take time to write down all I had learnt, received, done, achieved in 2021.

At first I couldn't think of anything much but as I started writing it began to flow :)
It feels really good to now have clear all that I've achieved! Gives me that feeling that it was a very fruitful year, and it was.

Now I feel I can get ready to close this chapter of another remarkable year in a few hours time!

Staying home for the night where I'll be safe and warm.

I am going to a masquerade party. I am going as a tired, bored, lonely and forgotten Mingle member.

Ringing in the new year with my daughters at the younger one's house. There will be chinese takeout, board games, video games, and some sort of streaming going on.

My Plan is very Simple . I will wish all my Closest friends Happy New Year and stay on Mingle till i am Tired , Then I will just push to bed and wake up in the Morning with a Cute Smile . H N Y all of you Guyzzzz.

I will be seeing in 2022 on my own at home watching 'Jool's Annual Hootenanny' on the TV as usual, and enjoying a glass or two of the Good Stuff.
