7C mostly sunny, still strong wind.
Last evening & night the wind was really strong. Judging by the sound I guesstimate 7 Beaufort & gusts of 8-9 Beaufort. That wasn't forecast... I found one of the metal poleholder is torn? :O It was a size too large for the pole and filled up with wood. Yet, the pole could move a bit. I guess 10+ yrs of strong wind & storms took its toll. No idea how to fix that as it would mean removing the panel, then getting that pointed poleholder out the ground. But I doubt that's going to work. Its point being about half a meter long, and in the ground. Yet, I have to do something about it. Thinking maybe a metal tie-strap, not sure yet. I will have to ask at the DIY store. |

This afternoon I was thinking that maybe I could finally remove the frost protection from the outdoor tap.
Thank goodness I DIDN'T as we're back to nightfrost :/ I already thought so as I am bloody cold, so I checked and yup... another week of nightfrost. Great... |

I forgot to check the Northern Light that we could see for a few nights, even from my area in the SW which is a very rare occurrence. Rare for The Netherlands as it is, but to be able to see it all the way over here in the SW... But I missed it :/ |
