if you were in a relationship with someone and you tell them you wanna move on and then they go and move on to someone new and the relationship becomes abusive should i care is it inhumane to just turn the other cheek???

Hi journey .. you don’t have any obligation to feel sorry about your ex being in an abusive relationship but feeling concerned and acting on that concern would be justified . No one deserves abuse .
