Thinking about bed and sleep. And the fact I can't just roll into bed as I have to brush teeth etc. first and get into my PJs.

Thinking I finally put my finger on why I gained a few pounds. Then I put the other 9 fingers on it and ate that donut.

My hospital appointment at the hospital in the city by me , in 4 hours time (9;35).
I’ve only slept for just under 2 hours , absolutely cramping myself !! |

Thank you Bonnie  It’s for my heart , I’m supposed to be having a pacemaker fitted , ( dodgy hearts run in my dads side of the family ) tried last year but couldn’t go through with it in the end , so referred be to the city where I could be out under completely ( they don’t do that at my hospital ) as I’m very nervous patient . The appointment today is a consultation, maybe with the surgeon who does it . I’m hoping they will say I no longer need it , even though deep down I know I do .

Over here they're not so good but when in the US I gave it a try to see if it'd be different. And hell yes!! Delicious! I bought a couple donuts with cappuccino glazing. Best donuts I ever had and will have, unless I go back to the US. |
