How can I get 2 accounts removed that someone else made? There are 2 accounts using the same profile picture of me that someone made and is giving my mobile number out lying that I had sex with a goat to get people to give me abuse. I have gone onto both profiles and reported them many times. I have also had a friend report them many times but just get ignored. I have used the chat with support and just get an automated message telling me they will contact me in 24 hours and asking what device I’m using. I respond to this but never hear anything else.

I have sent you a email regarding this needing some information.

Once you respond to me with the information, I will be able to research the matter.

Could you also block this person from making more profiles please?

Both accounts have been banned..

But due to they most likely are using a proxy there is no way to ban them from creating new accounts..

At this time these two accounts are no longer active.

Why am I unable to message anyone without a photo on profile or until a photo is approved yet the person who keeps making profiles to harass me is able to message people?

He uses the same photo of me every time so why does that photo keep getting approved when it’s clear it is being used to make a fake profile to harass someone?

The site has implemented a new programme very recently whereby members who don’t upload profile pics will not be able to use the email service provided until they upload a pic and by the very fact that someone has uploaded your pic allows them to message others.

It is due to they loaded a picture not all are asked to be verified.. Just that they have a photo up..in order to email.

Other then that only Upper Admin can answer that question for we do not deal with the Profiles being verified~~

So why not ask people to verify themselves as anyone can use anyone’s photos otherwise seems pointless having to have a picture on profile. I could use any photo to be able to message people but because I don’t want to lie about who I am I am not able to message anyone. I don’t want to use a photo of myself because it’s obvious this idiot who keeps making fake profiles could see it and know even better what I look like which I don’t want. So cos I don’t want to put a picture of a random person up I can’t message anyone doesn’t seem fair to me.

I understand but as I said we do not deal with the Profile pictures or how they have members verify them..

Only Upper Admin can answer that.

It’s one person with no life creating them. I spoke to him 4 years ago on oasis swapped numbers and ever since then he hasn’t left me alone. What annoys me is you have to put a human photo on your profile to talk to anyone and anyone can put anyone’s photo on their profile. Cos I don’t want to use a fake photo and cos I don’t feel safe to put a real photo of myself up in case this loser sees it i can’t talk to anyone. Yet this loser keeps being allowed to make fake profiles and all use the same photo and a similar name so I don’t see why no one will stop accepting them profiles.

As I have stated above there is not anything we can do beyond banning the accounts who ever it is is using a proxy..

They just have to have a picture up not all have to verify the accounts with a picture to Admin.

If they started verifying all accounts then this would be a Paid Site!

If you know who it is and their number then you need to file a report against them..

We are doing all we can.

I have turned this into Keith but even so with the way they are creating the accounts there is no way to catch them..
