My goodness, that's a lot of codswallop and bs. Ignorance is bliss. Hangouts is an option for chatting privately in real time. Yeah it is an option, you can take it or leave it. But there is a whole plethora of alarm bells ringing as well. It is open to all sorts of unsolicited mail, for example. |

My goodness, that's a lot of codswallop and bs. Ignorance is bliss. Hangouts is an option for chatting privately in real time. We're all entitled to an opinion. Even you. That is, after all, the true definition of a forum. Discussion of opinions, facts, and debate. "Hangouts" may indeed be a safe, AFTER you've known someone for awhile. However, if anyone asks for "hangouts" within their first few contacts with someone, they are indeed a scammer. I will, once again, advise people to click the REPORT link on such messages, follow through with the REPORT in the menu that appears, then BLOCK the offending party. |

I will, once again, advise people to click the REPORT link on such messages, follow through with the REPORT in the menu that appears, then BLOCK the offending party. 100% agree with that |
