not just over the summer, but in life. I was finding my self to be less active then I like. got my self a total gym to go with my free weights. and trying to get my self back into shape.

Winter here in New Zealand. But thanks for asking Invercargill based and thankfully back out on bike pretty hard with 7 degrees and the nose running. Lost my riding buddy (teenage son) last Sunday after he came off rollers inside and broke his wrist but he's been my mechanic /chef/support crew after each ride ☺ Back to level 3 and 5am starts... 🤞 I keep up the pace
