was lookin at fit bit watches. they only keep a charge for about a week. just want to see if worth to buy. also any other watches for seniors. looks after heart etc. I've just got a garmin virofit4. Battery lasts a year. Was a base model but phone app has some good features, I'll happily look at upgrading mine in due course

Winter here in New Zealand. But thanks for asking Invercargill based and thankfully back out on bike pretty hard with 7 degrees and the nose running. Lost my riding buddy (teenage son) last Sunday after he came off rollers inside and broke his wrist but he's been my mechanic /chef/support crew after each ride ☺ Back to level 3 and 5am starts... 🤞 I keep up the pace
