underneath the forever light
that shines
as brilliantly as my soul
whenever I'm near you

I want
to dance with you
to fall in love
with every moment
you take my breath away
so that I know
what it feels like
to be alive

I want
to dance with you
to twist
and turn
even if it rains
even if the wind
tries to carry us away
from morning
to noon
to night
just as long as your heart's beat
guides our rhythm

I want

underneath the stars
and the moon
as heaven stretches across
the forever night
to dance with you
until our image
is of one soul
