You just have to pick the right girl for you.Some time we just take
somebody because we think there good for us.Or we like the way they
look.We need to look at there heart to.

I think that women do want the good guys to settle down with, but some
women like that bad boy image. I myself, I like a man who does not drink
or smoke...he has to be caring and has to be a family man. I do know a
good guy when I see one...but I just haven't met any here lately.
I do believe that if you just take your time and have patience that you
will eventually end up with the woman that is meant for you. They say
that you have to kiss a lot of toads before you meet the prince.
It just seems like now that no one wants to take things slow. No one
really wants to date, its always about sex. My friends and I have this 3
month rule and if a guy doesn't like it, then hes history. So I guess,
my friends and I are all old fashioned.

The first time when I got married I was only 17 and boy did I ever pick
a looser. He treated me like crap called me every name in the book. He
hit walls and stomped glass tables. He accussed me of sleeping with
every man in the world to come find out he was the one sleeping around.

But you know he didn't act like this when I was dating him.

1. Does the good guy ever win? Answer: Yes! The problem is that because
he is a good guy, nobody else realizes that he won...

2. Does the good guy ever get the girl? Answer: Once in a while, but he
is damned seldom able to keep her. Partly because he is a good guy and
partly because the bad guys don't give two hoots how much the girl likes
the good guy - If there is any way to sew a seed of doubt in her mind,
he (the "bad guy") will find it and exploit it.

The key is learning how to be enough of a "good guy" to get the girl and
enough of a "bad guy" to be able to keep her... And the kicker is that
it takes a good woman to be able to make you into that type of guy!

what it is ...is the good guy has to stop bein so damn shy and
selfconcious and talk to a girl even if she is out of his leage
cause..its like the lottery you cant expect to win if you dont play

well i guess the problem with us good guys is we let women do as they
please ,dont stop them from going where they want talk to who they want
are willing to listen to them take there heads on our shoulders when
they wanna cry
but thats what they SAY they need
but what they reall want is a guy tats gonna contol them scream at them
and call them names stop them from doing what they want go out and cheat
on them then come home drunk and slap them around

it's good to hear you're winnin' andreww38, if you're a good guy and
your losing could it have something to do with the situations you put
yourself in? i'm a good guy and i always attract the wrong kind of
women. i think it's because they think that i'll allow them to walk
over me because i listen to people and try to understand where their
coming from and they take mistakenly take that for being a push over,
which causes alot of problems when i do put my foot down. i have to
find out why i attract control freaks

i honestly dont know but i do know the bi.tch gets the man. the nice
