There is DC, my senior cat, 11 in April. And also Shira (6 years approx) and her two kids Lucifer and Lenny (5 in May).

All of them are rescued pets, I adopted Shira when she was pregnant already and was her midwife when she gave birth under my bedsite locker.

ohhh such a good heart
i love and appreciate it so much when hoomans adopt rescued ones, instead of getting from a petshop flowerforyou

If I had more money and a bigger house, I would adopt all homeless cats of Dublin. Aye. All of them :cat:

i understand you
i really do, we all do
we, pet lovers (real ones) all feel the same
at least u are doing what u are able and afford to do
bits by bits, we are doing our best :)

everyone dreams of some things, like love, lottery most of the time haha
my dream is to win a big lottery and turn the green area in front of my apartment, to a shelter for dogs, cats, hedgehogs, chickens, for all animals
feed them
keep them safe, warm and with food all the time

god bless you and your babies :)

Wow, I never knew skunks were that aggressive as we don't have skunks here in New Zealand.
We have a cat door and a stray comes in most nights to eat the cat food, he sprays all over the place, which is annoying.

My last pet was my beloved dog Ozzie (he was named when I got him) he was part German Shepherd and part unknown snow dog. As an adult he was 110 pounds and could run like the wind. Looked like a Shepherd but not colored like one. I got him when he was about ten months old and my daughter was 4 and they grew up together. She would absolutely maul him and he never once offered to bite her but did want to take on a pair of pitbulls that came into his yard one day, luckily he was in the back yard and couldn't get into the front yard where they were. That was the most hackled up and pissed off I ever saw him, I had him by the collar because I was afraid they'd tag team him and they were both his size.
He died when he was 11 from twisted gut, I had him cremated and his ashes are in a nice box with his pictures on it right here with me.
Beautiful dog, great dog. I really hope all dogs go to heaven!

She will be 4 in July. She is so lovable. She will jump on my lap and look up at the ceiling. She wants her neck scratched.

Nawww. If we had to go into lockdown again, I will be good as long as I have an animal to cuddle...

We have a 13 kg cat, please don't judge. He eats next to nothing... He just is getting older and does not like to move. He is a really happy cat.
His name is Fatcat... But originally it was Tinker.
I call him my baby xxx

I won't judge.

Sounds like Fatcat and I have a bit in common.
I'm getting older, and don't like to move
unless I have to.

Fatcat probably has more hair than I do.
But, I can ride a motorcycle. bigsmile

Seems like an awesome cat.

I lost my little buddy, Bandit, in November. He was a 9yo Shih Tzu and my best buddy. I want to get a rescue but just not ready yet. Soon, but not yet.

I always wanted a dog named Diogi.
dee-OH-gee.

Yes ... Are they music lovers like you? Fatcat will walk to the driveway to wait for me to come home. I love that he puts in effort in our relationship :joy:
