I went out to get myself a Kapsalon (hairdresser's) which is shoarma (I went for lamb), chips, then garlic sauce, and very finely cut iceberg lettuce on top, layered like that in a tray. I ordered extra garlic sauce in the tray and an extra portion separate as I always want lots and lots!!

tonight its a Roadhouse burger, topped with BLT and onions , with mayo and not forgetting the pickles... on the side ... sweet potato fries from the AF and a beer to wash it all down ... Orange jello with coconut whipped cream for dessert !!!

Chicken Alfredo, a few slices of cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Coconut water for drink.

Braised fennel and Mediterranean chicken sausages. The later an oven container with the sausages, few olives, rosemary twig, cherry tomatoes etc. already in it. It was DELICIOUS in capitals!

tonite its gonna have to be a couple of burgers from the king himself .. Burger King!....yep, I am lazy and tired tonight!!

surf n turf tonight. green salad with shrimp and crab flavored white fish. and a 6 oz steak and small baked tater with garlic butter and cream cheese

tonight, Ihad me a big ol' store bought Greek salad, and a chicken hind quarter. and a small bowl of cottage cheese with pineapple chunks. I also set some straw mushrooms to marinade in some left over artichoke juice I'll likely fry them up with a steak and onions tomorrow

Really lazy today ... so Costco BBQ chicken with a helping of fries , washed down with a tall boy Coors Light ... no room for dessert !!! Blah !!
