We Care About Your Privacy
We and our partners store and/or access information on a device, such as unique IDs in cookies to process personal data. You may accept or manage your choices by clicking below, including your right to object where legitimate interest is used, or at any time in the privacy policy page. These choices will be signaled globally as part of an industry standard and will not affect browsing data. We and our partners process data to provide: If you accept, we may do the following: Use precise geolocation data ; Actively scan device characteristics for identification. This is done to Store and/or access information on a device and to provide Personalised ads and content, ad and content measurement, audience insights and product development. List of Partners (vendors) ACCEPT Problem is there is no choice to REJECT. Which means you either accept, ignore or you stop using the site. Its an ultimatum to accept their cookies and allow them and their partners to collect your data. The thing is, a site's privacy policy is usually included in the TOS agreement you already accepted when you signed up to be a member. This new notification could be a couple different things. 1. There may have been a change to the TOS privacy policy which requires an updated acceptance. 2. There may be legislation requiring notification of privacy policies which change or are invasive. 3. It may be a gateway to a type of invasive tracking software which has infected the site's servers. I'm gunna click accept and see what happens. Then I'm gunna check my antispyware scan results, virus scan results, cookies and running processes. |

OneTrust choices comes up when you accept and click the lil blue check mark now on the page.
You can then set some preferences on the specific areas of concern. Everything is auto-set to Always Active but I turned off the 3 radio buttons. |

At the bottom of every M2 page is a link to
Privacy Policy - Cookie Privacy - Terms of Use https://mingle2.com/welcome/showPrivacy https://mingle2.com/welcome/cookie_privacy https://mingle2.com/welcome/showTOS The blue OneTrust widget doesn't need to be on every page. For some devices it could affect the page load times. Not being able to remove the widget makes it invasive (just like the ads it supports). |
