Why do men say they are interest yet they are inconsistent with their actions? Without any details this can range anywhere from a guy telling you what he thinks you want to hear without any intention of backing it up (or backing it up to the bare minimum in order to get what he wants from you), all the way to the guy changed his mind based on new information (but possibly didn't tell you about it). And somewhere in the middle it can include you heard one thing, he meant another, and when he acted on what he meant, rather than what you think he meant, there's a disconnect where you think he should have done something else.

Interest is inherent to you. I might be interested in you. But how you act or character dictates something not desired.
