THinking... why do I keep getting these really annoying ads on the top of EACH page here?? Everything's blocked but of late I suddenly got those. Erection, diabetic, funerals... I don't need to see that stuff when I'm happily posting! EDIT: I think I got it sorted!!! AdBlock was allowing some non-intrusive ads. I did find them intrusive. And now they're gone again

This poor generation of young people in America. Gone from bad to worse. 9-11, shootings, pandemic, riots... we mostly worried about existential stuff in my day. Not to mention the rest of the world. Bumper sticker I saw...... Where are we going? Why are we in this handbasket?
