i have to go to court today to deal with my exwife what should i do. I
am a little scared

...court is designed to be intimidating, women are always
intimidating, more so with the ex. theres a few reasons. if your atorney
cant be there id ask for aa posponement. If you hand the judge anything,
keep your thumb under the document. it is a sign of disrespect to have
your thumb above the paper. IT REALLY IMPRESSES THEM IF YOU KNOW THAT
OLD TRICK. Its a masonic thing. Mabe the ex wil blow that one. Arriving
early and getting comfortable may help to.

damn chuckee. he's just a kid. give him the benefit of the doubt that he
didn't fuck it up.T-If you can live with out it give it up. don't argue
over petty shit.the more willing to bargain you are the better it looks
for you.Don't be bitchy with your ex at any cost don't bring up past
incidents if she does don't take the bait unless the judge asks then be
as vague as possible

Well as far as the judge if things have been agreed on by ya'll and the
lawyers have it all down on the paper work. All the judge is going to do
is read over it look at ya'll and ask if you agree on what is on the
papers if both says yes he will say okay and grant the divoce. It is
pretty cut and dry all the judge cares about is that it's all down on
paper and it's legal. And if ya have not agreed on who gets what then
your lawyer will have it own paper what you are willing to give her and
keep and hers will have the same the judge will go through and will give
what is fair by law. The judge is not gonna bite your head off. Unless
you are tacky with them just dress casual but clean be respectfull yes
mama or sir ect and unless the judge ask your mom something its best she
don't say anything just be there for suppport. NO MATTER WHAT DON'T GET
ANGREE WITH THE JUDGE!! And everything will be fine. Just remember
Judges are people too and they do expect your full respect in there
court.
