when i was just seperating from the ass, he tried to prove me unfit to
take care of our daughter

he tried to get my other kids taken away from me, by implying there was
physical abuse, and emotional abuse.

SRS came to talk to my son at school, then came to my house to talk with
me, i was investigated, all alligations were unfounded, but that didn't
stop me from being nervous.

court is stressfull enough, and even if you haven't done anything wrong,
you will still be nervous, just be truthful, take deep breaths and be
respectful, to her and the judge, the judge will see you only want your
freedom, and things will be over sooner than you realize.

WOW! This is indeed a sad case, firstly you say that you're scared, well
it's time to grow some balls my friend. You have to stand up and be
counted for whatever comes your way when you get a divorce, I'm sure you
are as much to blame for the situation as is your soon to be ex-wife,
although I have a feeling she is the victim in this case but I could be
wrong.

Also, I was given an insight into your level of maturity, calling your
wife ugly is uncalled for as I'm sure she's not in reality. I'm sure
when you got married she was the most beautiful woman in the world. She
has also given you the gift of fatherhood which is no easy task
especially for the woman. Guys all too often forget real quick what
marriage is all about and discard it like dirty underwear when they grow
tired of their partner or the responsibilities involved a partnership
such as a marriage.

Maybe instead of whining on here you should put some effort into
understanding why your marriage broke down in the first place, at least
then when you're questioned by the judge you may have some answers that
sound informed.

I have to apologize in some small way for my answer to your question but
remember you posed the question in the first, in a very infantile manner

you scare me, you're old enough to have children but not man enough to
have or look after children because now they're going to be added to a

pair of shoes. Obviously from reading this thread proper though before
the marriage or communication during the marriage was NOT present and as
B-British pointed out the kids are left to suffer the consequences.

same immature decision to get married and have kids before they are
ready; even when your “Ugly Ex-wife” drags you back to court for more
money.

A little forecasting here: Your Mom is watching out for her interests
which are You & her Grandchildren. Gain the wisdom to see when her
interests are detrimental to your children and the nuts to tell your mom
to shut up when needed.
