Topic: Being logged out regularly

Is there a reason I regularly get logged out from Mingle? I never log out myself, and often I cannot recall my password, hihi. It's not like it happens every week, but still occurs regularly. Why does this happen?

Not sure what’s been happening because I’ve not had that problem myself. I, too, never log out. I suggest you contact Support as it may be a technical glitch and they may be in a better position to help you. Here’s the link http://mingle2.com/welcome/contact_us

i find that if i close my browser or restart my puter i need to log back in to mingle. but if i only minimise the browser or sleep/ hibernate the puter i don't have to

I can flip pages and then suddenly the sign in page comes up for reasons I don't understand. I just thought the server on Mingle's end burped for some reason, but it does happen almost every session lately.

I've been having this happen for a WHILE now.. I use a desktop computer...live alone, don't want to try and remember eleventy billion passwords, so, I never log out of any site.. I don't even close Mingle's tab..I just leave it open.. And yet, several times a day, I am having to re-log in...

Phone or PC Crystal? I'm on PC. And like some others say, it just happens out of the blue. So not necessarily after starting up PC or browser. I always leave tabs open all day long, hihi, including Mingle. Yet sometimes I'm suddenly logged out.

Kristi just told me she got logged out at work without signing out. This has been sent to Support.

Mine edge browser will log me out of anything and anywhere cause that is how I have it set. I do not let history stay on edge browser. And your browser will log out tabs not used for xxx amount of time. To save PC power.
