I'm sure that all of you have heard the news about the MRSA (Methicillin Resistance Staphylococcus Aureus)infection especially in the schools last month and also some of you have experienced post-surgical infections with the same Bacteria.

It seems to be gone now,but we will see new attacks in 2008.
I have invented a new device that kills all types of MRSA in a room(restrooms,lockers,showers,sauna,pools,etc).There are no side effects for Human or other eukaryotic Animals.

I tried the device in a few places with succeed.
I think that I can implant the system for all the public places with a very small cost.It will protect the children as well as adults and also against any possible Bioterroristic attack in the future.
Of course it needs more research for a formal approval.

The problem is that I'm new in this country and I don't know where and how to continue.Because I did everything with my own resources and not just for money,because I worked over 4 years for this Project and I don't want to "SELL" it.

What is the next step?????

Once you get the patent I would contact someone at the Center for Disease Control to direct you to the type of company that you can contact for further research and development. CDC knows everyone.

and manufacture in China, so they can't rip you off.

Then legislate the legality of your product.

Then legislate a mandate and funding for the implimentation.

Then procure all necessary licensing.

then sell licenses to manufacturers and wholesalers and distributors.

then make contributions to every politiciand and candidates of every party, here and abroad.

make sure you cover your @$$ wwith an LLP and wrap it in a trust.

Make sure you are a 5% managing patner and the asset owned by the trust.

Hire a PR firm.

Hire an ad man.

Issue an IPO after three years and take the money and run.

Can you give away any of the details of your discovery/invention?
I've heard that ozone produced by ultra-violet light, and ultra-sonic devices can do something like you mention.

But,I guess it's best to wait until you have your patent before going into detail.

So you have to own a big pharmaceutical Company,then you get a big portion of the 144.billion/year.

Crypto, you need to hire a patent attorney that has the jurisdictional influences you seek to protect your invention on a global lavel.

He will sign a non-dislosure doc that you procure from a different attorney.

All prospective manufactures will sign the same doc, plus a non-competing agreement.

Taiwan is a great place to manufacture with an international patent. No one else will be able to manufacture from there if you do so first.

China is good, but they will expect a piece of it.

Your personal attorney will verify all other attorneys work.

He will oversee the LLP attorneys work

You must have separate attorneys and only tell each party involved only what is necessary for them to know within their respective disciplines.

Same applies to all vendors.

simultaneous and concurrent applications on all patents foreign and domestic may be acquired with simple prototype

Multiple patents may be necessary for cvariants in design.

Patent on intellectual property is of foremost importance.

Today I sent my project for a patent,and I believe that it will help us against infctions,especially for children .because we will have other outbreaks in the schools.

Just wanted to give some updates about my project:
I got the patent, and I found schools in our area that gave me the permission to test the device and also test the schools before and after that, to see if they have MRSA or not. The only problem is the liability and insurance issues. What happens if a student gets the infection(maybe from somewhere else)
Next Friday I have a meeting with our senator, and I hope that they can find some funding for these last problem.
I am very excited, because it can reduce the infection rate, which kills more than 18000 people annually in US(more than AIDS)and just the treatment cost us $4 billion/year.
Pleas pray for me...

As a clinical microbiologist I find it very hard to believe you would be allowed to do clinical trials in a school!!! Do the parents know this is going on???
