OP

My choice as an often time visitor would in the Calgary/Alberta area; it's beautiful and big enough cities close by.

I would guess Edmonton or Calgary, or near Banff (sp?) British Columbia. Lake of the woods and Rainy Lakes area is good for fishin.

laugh I don't think so, poetry. Although there are no cliffs around the city, there are many buildings that will do for pushing someone. winking winking drinker

OP: If you are thinking of immigrating to Canada, google the provinces and cities you would most likely fit in as per your education and career.

Good luck happy

best place to live in Canada is Atlantic Canada -- especially if you can get away down south for the timeframe of January to April, i.e. the winter months. The people are friendly, the air is clean, it's a slower pace of life, and the scenery & nature is so beautiful. And the fish / seafood is delicious.
