Topic: How Do You feel right now? - part 16 | |
---|---|
Feeling good :) I did some focus work before getting up, as recommended by Dr Joe. It does help! And the sun is trying to come through the clouds, so it's really bright. I love my light!

Not much better than yesterday. It's the normal time to feel a wee bit under the weather or to be a bit snotty. Fresh greens, fruities, and I always swear by Echinaforce (homeopathic, based in echinacae plant). Seems to work a treat to keep the immune system working well, like it says it does. Anywho, hope you feel better soon! |

Anywho, hope you feel better soon! Yes it is. I've been pretty fortunate to not be sick so far this winter. It's mostly just lingering, but keeping up with the immune boosting stuff and antioxidants will definitely help. I'm out of echinacea, I've been taking garlic. I'll check out the echinaforce and try it out. Thanks Crystal |

I do get a bit snotty, but hardly ever feel or get ill. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed, cos I've been in that stage for a while now, hihi. Had days that I was sneezing a lot, now my throat glands are a little swollen when I palpate with my fingers. Also forcing myself to eat my fruities each day, and my Eachinaforce. I never buy the cheaper version (house brands), only the Dr Vogel ones. Dunno if you have those in the US but no doubt you'll then have another good variety. Oh, and thump the thymus, just above the middle of the breastbone. This activates your immune system. Do that several times a day if you want. I got that one from Donna Eden's Energy Medicine. (the woman is brill!) |

(the woman is brill!) Cool, I didn't think about the thymus, brilliant! I've been craving fruits and veggies the last couple days, guess my body is speaking to me. I had a bunch of fruit today and some greens yesterday and today. I'm craving root veggies too, so have been nibbling on some carrots. They sell the Vogel brand here, it's a little costly and isn't on prime amazon, so by time it gets here I'll be all better. I may order some anyways, for later. Working as a cashier, I get sick customers coming into the store all the time. |

I normally love eating either kiwi gold or the pre-cut mixed fruits (pineapple, kiwi, strawberry, grapes, melon) but at the moment... urghhh... hihi. I seriously have to force myself to eat it. I'm not panicking cos of corona, but I do want my body to be in as good a state as possible. So every evening I'm sat here, almost ramming the fruit down my throat |

.... I love fruit. I had blueberries and a banana in my coconut yogurt this morning, then an orange for lunch. I usually have berries every day and take an apple or something else for lunch. I have to pretty much force myself too, but once I take a bite of it, it's like heaven. Funny how that is, haha. I love cherries, but there are none now. And I just remembered that I haven't eaten my fruitie today yet. Dammit... OT... feeling sleepy since I put a larger aquamarine in my neck. The strongest healer of the throat chakra, so I'm guestimating for neck too. Since it's there I'm almost falling asleep in my chair, hihi. It's not even 11 yet! |
