I have noticed something.
I try to have a day of rest once a week. Coffee evidently interferes with any rest, not just sleep. If I drink any of it on a day reserved for rest from mental/physical/emotional demands, I feel like I have worked for weeks on end without rest and lost momentum, I do not feel stronger or recovered the next day. Beyond tired. Worn out. If it’s not a day of rest from something, caffeine is generally beneficial for me. Does anyone else other than me skip caffeine once or twice a week?

It would throw my body into shock, so I'm thinking it would be the opposite of a restful day. | |

I try to do something at least once a week. During that time caffine helps a lot.
