This is my story it’s what simply makes me
Born on a cool winter morning
Abandoned by a Father only 3 months old you see
Raised by a loving Mother 2 kids she does hold
Childhood memories built with such love
Along came the Man with whom I called Dad
Fast forward in time this family now makes 5
Angels sent my little brother ohhhhhhhh he is divine
Private schools we attended activates and such
A simple life we loved so much
Not quite 16 the Angels did come
Took my Daddy away from me
Mark the oldest set off for the Military
School I pursued a degree I achieved
Mom and Ryan moved home to be free
Married a man with whom I so loved
Not quite 21 our first was to be born
Happy in life so it seemed they all said
Battered and bruised all to the unknown
Rage and anger from a man who once showed love
Hate filled eyes alone I was
2 years later a call from home
Mom is not well Home you must go
Cancer so evil grew within quite fast
My mom my Light found peace at last
Angels they came took her soul to lay rest
21 days later a daughter was born named for her Grandmother
Oh the stories we told
Rage set in once again broken bones and bruises oh the fear
Its been 4 years to scared to leave
Born 5 months early my son now I have 3
6 months have passed no more tears to shed
battered my soul my heart is now dead
cold early morning not quite 6 I took my 3 children
a new life we shall live
6 years now happiness in life
news from the Doctors its time to fight
tumors were growing my brain clouded in pain
oh what is this 3 months pregnant I see
abort this child is all they could say
chance of life not great you see
down on my knees I prayed oh please
save my baby my life please take of thee
a year of recovery a year of tears shed
life you see how incredible it can be
single mom of 4 would not have it any other way
3 have grown a grandma they have made me
Daniel and I a team we have become
Angels you see sent him to me
Tumors again worry set in
Not this time you wont take me
With family and friends tears we did shed
Life you see is inside of me
Fast forward again
Love I have found within this man
His soul he shares with me
Life how incredible to dance so freely,, take a moment and dance with me
This is my story simple yet me
Come wont you share yours with me.
