hey , i've een here for few days, and still, my mail box is empty....was hoping to get some sort of reply....
maybe i am dong something wrong.....just need some friends i guess.... |

your not doing anything wrong, well other then not putting a picture up. most people really don't bother if there's no pic up. but sending out emails and gettign very little in responces is pretty normal. i was here for 2 months before anybody even looked at my profile.

yeah, gotta get a pic, it really helps, and i don't know if u are, but just don't be shy, talk to everyone you think u might be interested in. hope it helps and keep your head up.

Well it is so nice to hear that it is not only me not receiving responses. I have only been a member for a couple of weeks but I have gotten the guts to contact about half a dozen guys or so. I have not heard anything back from any of them. It is even more disappointing to have some of them as a Mutual Match and they still have not responded. Hopefully one day (sooner than later) I will meet some people and get something going with someone.

ok dont know where this post went to but its not showing up so Im reposting it.
it takes more than just a pic in order for someone to contact you,join in the forums that interest you also. The more people see you in the post,the more comfortable they become to you. I get mail every day from friends and from people I have never even talked to cause they have seen me in the forums. |
