I am a sucker for a good romantic movie especially at this time of year. A movie like "Christmas Inheritance".

some not all ... when it gets to mushy and stupid ...

I'll watch a romance movie if I am with a woman.
Some are pretty good films.
My current gf doesn't care for romance films.
She doesn't read romance books either.
We both like science fiction and fantasy and those have romance in them quite a bit.

When I asked her why she doesn't care for romance movies or books she told me she doesn't pine for fantasy love. She prefers the real thing.
It kinda makes sense to me.

Most women want romance entertainment because they are missing it from their lives and want it badly. That's kinda sad.

I know when I get to feeling like blowing something up or shooting something I watch an action movie or play a shoot-em-up game.

The fact she wants to watch scifi/fantasy or action when she's with me tells me I give her all the real romance she wants.

Nope, I'm honestly VERY bored by romantic movies or anything that falls under the designation of 'Chick flick'. I'd sooner see an action/suspense/horror movie.
