6 grand for a mini cooper ragtop.
Looks pretty enticing as a 2nd car.

I think it had a 6.
It was parked out by the smoke shop and I gave it a quick look when I was going in but it was gone when I walked out.
I did jot down the number tho.
It was clean, like it had just been detailed.

the mini never had a 6
the hot rod was a turboed 4
and that usually was not offered in the ragtop

I worked on trucks and heavy equipment.
Very little experience with cars and even that was in the early 80s to early 90s.
Like I said, it would be a 2nd car.
My 98 Dodge 4x4 still runs but its getting a lil long in the tooth.
Plus, it gets between 10 - 14 MPG so long trips are out.
An empty tank takes about $100 to fill at highway prices.

Its a cute lil puppy car.
Big difference from my big ole junkyard dog of a truck, LOL.
Truck has a lift and rather large Mickey Thompson mudder tires on it.
Some days I wish I had an elevator to get in the damn thing, hahaha.
Getting in and out of a mini would be a strange experience for me.

Anyway, I can pay cash but it will stress my finances a lil.
I refuse to buy a vehicle on credit anymore.
I did notice it has a full gauge package and a clean interior.
No scratches or exterior stuff that I noticed.
Good tires but they are small - look like teething rings kinda - lol
The ragtop looks pristine and tight.

If I decide to call I will definately be trying to talk him down in the price but if I can get it for 5 or 5.5 grand I might buy it.
Gotta look online for mini cooper horror stories.
