Glad I made brownies, it will help eliminate some of the curmudgeons

In major pain, my shoulder and upper arm are acting up again. I'm not sure if it's a pinched nerve or if I tore something a couple weeks ago, which is when it started bothering me. I don't like taking medicine but took some aleve with ibuprofen, hopefully that will help.

Did you also take a stomach protector some hours prior? Ibuprofen is real bad and a danger to the stomach.
Hope you're going to be okay soon. I'm more prone to joint/muscles pains myself at the mo.

I ate something, that usually helps. I prefer Aleve because it doesn't bother my stomach, but I found that taking one Aleve and two ibuprofen works. The ibuprofen seems to help a little more with the intense pain. But it doesn't last as long as the Aleve.

I forgot to check out what Louis Hayes equates shoulder pain to on an emotional level, guess I need to do that too. I found a place that does energy work. Even though I'm able to, it might help to have someone else's assistance in clearing the energy blockages I seem to have.

I feel really tired. My Brother's been in surgery yesterday and today I've to be with him whole day in recovery room. So I'll be more tired.

OT I am alright

So totally happy and overjoyed! I won a prize tonight that's two things. Out of all the people present, I was 'the one'. I was crying and shaking in my chair. I was so intensely moved and happy and I don't know all at once, hihi.
