I've never had a flu shot. I get mine because I was sick from it as a teen. It was not fun to be laid up for a week.

Drinking bullet proof coffee ... soooooo good Wondering exactly what bulletproof coffee means... it is espresso coffee with organic ghee ( adjuvant therapy for health.. lubricates your joints , arteries and feeds intestinal microbes ) some drink a teaspoon of ghee in warm water to start their day ., I have mine in coffee .. also makes a wonderful cheap moisturiser for skin and hair . Penetrates the deep Dermis ., love it

In it's purist form, it is a combination of butter, coconut oil OR MCT oil and coffee. ghee is clarified butter used in India it has a very special lipid profile .. used in ancient therapies.

i'll have to check out the differences on the making of it versus natural butter it is made from butter .. which is slowly heated until the milk solids and whey separate it is easy to make :-)
