I guess they wanted someone who's mature in a sense that could manage your relationship I guess.

I have filtered the age range to "over 50", still it doesn't work. However, I put something in profile to signify my interest to whom I may select the people I converse with. I hope that works for everyone who come across my profile. It sounds pretty fair to me, as they will not find any photo of mine there; only my intense statement.

What are we supposed to do lol, by we I mean the under 30s on here? As Des suggests, putting a statement in your profile along the lines of "tell me about the last [X] you [appropriate verb for X] in order to get a response" will at least filter out the folks who did not look at your profile. examples: book you read great meal you ate movie you saw place you visited etc
