if you r dating someone and they keep getting phone calls from the opposite sex, they never want to take the call , and than say it is my "cousin" I will call them back later, how do u not feel crazy if u r thinking, it is bull, if it is the cousin than u will look like an overjealous person

If I remember correctly, phones can be turned off. Seems like he is playing with you, like he wants you to see how many phone calls he gets. I think he is being disrespectful, and yes, if it truly was his cousin, he'd take the call and tell her he's spendng time with you and he'll call back. Don't be afraid to say something to him. Not being mean, just matter of fact.

goddess, if you are not a jealous person and you still get the feeling that he is not being completely honest with you, you need to acknowledge the feelings you are having. many times those feelings we have that we try to ignore or make excuses for are a hint to ourselves that something is not right. good luck to you on whatever choice you make.
