I tell myself “you got this”. I try to inspire and motivate myself daily. |

I definitely think, constantly, but not in the form of conversation with myself. Not sure if i can relate to having a conversation with myself. I don't really picture myself as a separate person.
Most of what i think about is philosophical or about physics which are like webs of thought strands leading in many directions some have dead ends leading to nothing while others continue on to infinity until finding a specific truth i am exploring with what i am thinking about. |

It's funny how the mind works when it is occupied with with work ,family, friends daily living.. your mind is a calmer more relaxed place.... but introduced stress.. into your mind...well... then your mind becomes a very uncommon place... it's like shifting gears in a car.. you go from 1st gear very calm and relaxing.. right up to 4th gear Overdrive....lol.. I think for the most part It's A coping mechanism self-diagnosing yourself.. a way of yourself checking in with yourself to make sure you're okay.... the problem is getting back into first gear again... I struggle with that problem

I talk in my head a lot. I think it's normal. I'm thinking what about what do I have to do today, what is the weather like, how am I feeling? The last time my sister visited, I noticed that she talked out loud to herself. I told her, "you talk to yourself a lot". She does have many pets, so i guess she is used to it, but also has a husband to talk to. I live alone and don't talk out loud. The conversations are inside.
