Trying to recall physical therapy stuff to help my back...

Trying to recall physical therapy stuff to help my back... I bought a dynaband today when I was at my manual therapist. I want to do exercises to strengthen my upperback and she showed me another exercise for a deep muscle low in the belly. If I can strengthen both, it is easier for me to not put so much stress on my neck as I do now. Maybe such a band is something for you as well? Loads of clips on YouTube on what you can do with 'em. Anywho, hope your back improves! |

Some back injuries really sux. I pulled a muscle shortly after I fell down the stairs in 2012. That spot never really gets back to normal anymore. My osteopath said it's like a whiplash of that part of the muscle. It did get much better, but as soon as I do too much it's the first spot I feel aching again. I hope yours does recover with time and exercise! |
