Circadian Rhythms... gets me awake at the same time every morning, even on weekends... and makes me tired at night.. My inner rhythms are messed up from my meds. I normally get 4-6 hours but lately I've been getting 8-12 hours. I take my meds around 11:30pm and don't actually try to go to bed till 4:00am. I stay awake till my meds have me staggering to bed. |

"Makes" a person go to sleep at a specific time? Their mommy. ...Or maybe a doctor with a syringe full of something fun. |
