Sunset to have a good sleep.. hhhhmmm.... that sort of implies that you prefer to sleep,to escape from your day,and just get it over with. I prefer sunrise,because,that means that I have the whole day ahead of me to look forward to.

not a morning person so sunset for me. what if the company and conversation is sooooo good sunset magically becomes sunrise? I was about to say "we got a winner!!!" then I remembered that no way could I stay up all night, no matter how intriguing or interesting things would be. I never could, not when younger, not now either. I can make it till 3 if need be (that is pushing it these days), then the light just goes out. I'd sign up for a glorious sunset and if it's good, a few hours of full moon after that . .

Gotta be both. If I am with a lady looking at a sunrise then no doubt she was with me during the sunset and that makes both the sunset and sunrise beautiful.

Who’ crazy enough to be up for a sunrise? Oh well when I can’t sleep I guess I do see a sunrise... Prefer sunsets. Specifically on the west coast beaches.
