And we were just talking about this same type situation in a different thread. (Murderers coming cross the boarder) The last time we spoke on this type situation is when the invalid girl was raped by the illegal alien

And the response was " well, how does anyone know that wasn't going to happen anyway?"...................................

Totally by passing the fact that if they are not here in the first place.. the crime does not happen.

In this case.. this young woman would still be alive

This is another terrible murder at the hands of a illegal immigrant.

Has anyone ever come across a positive illegal immigrant story of any kind as I feel those illegal immigrants that come to the USA for a better life will clap and cheer to the rooftops like any normal person would when the illegal immigrant murderer is caught and fully gets what he/she deserves and the victims family also gets Justice too

One comment noted in it there was from a illegal alien who was arrested for crimes and deported 14 TIMES. " America is stupid.. we just keep coming back"

The prisons currently hold 250,000 illegal aliens, MS.. these are prisons.. you get to prison by committing felonies which call for long sentences.. not for minor offenses... this is not the town jail county lock up... it is prison.

the vast majority, yes.

and the link had no mention of the statistics. The reason I asked was because it claims to be FBI statistics. But I noticed there were a smaller number of people 'murdered' than there were "killed" during a "felony', which if I recall is also MURDER. So Im wondering why FBI in this case decided to not include felony murder (death during a felony) with the murder numbers.

but back to the issue. I am not for playing minority report and assuming what someone might do because they are here. I am not for scapegoating an entire population's presence because there are criminals in that population, I cant think of any demographic which doesnt.

I am for prosecuting people for their actual crimes retroactively, and proactively seeking to address the social, economic, political infrastructures that contribute to or inspire such crimes. I am for helping children, regardless of a political status or label, be safe and feel valued.


Those who are here, with some record of obstruction or offense, send them where they cannot harm anyone else. Those who are here and not doing either, ESPECIALLY KIDS, should have a 'plea deal' type of option just like in the criminal justice system, that has a more lenient repurcussion for the offense of no documentation or expired documentation.


All illegal immigrants are not the same in terms of their intent or social impact, and they should not be treated as such.

stealing is a crime too, but if a parent puts an object in their kids stroller, do we treat that child as the criminal?

marriage licenses have age limits, if an adult forges a birth certificate to marry a minor, do we treat both equally 'criminal'? no.

children have no say when their families bring them, they have no culpability, they should not be treated the same as the adult.


all situations are not the same, crime or no crime. Crime has levels of intent that impact the repurcussion. Immigration should be no different.

Again, illegals coming to US is a crime, if their children come with the parent, it is the parent of the childrens fault. Not the responsibility. Of the US to support or take care of them !

Because parents have children with them is No excuse to come here illegally.

If it is not an issue of support and there is another adult who can 'sponsor' them, what would be the issue with that?

and if it is an option once they turn of age to enter into a contract (which documentation is), what if instead of fearing deportation, they have a pathway to legally receive a stay while applying for LEGAL immigration, after checking their background in the STATES to ensure they have been enrolled in the school system without troubles.(trying to make a better life for themself and abide by the rules)?

Illegals adults and children should be stopped entering States illegally!

US has enough lazy non working people to support off taxpayers now !!!

Send the illegals that are working back to their homeland. They are here ILLEGAL too.
