Luther: The Fallen Sun - 2023- 6,4 IMDB rating.
Rating should be much higher. I'm giving it a 10. I've watched 3/4, finish it tomorrow, too late now. But damn, it's good! I always liked the series but this trumps it! A couple of creepy scenes, another reason why I'm not finishing it now when I'm so tired. In any case, very much worth the watch! |

Guy Ritchie movie Jason Statham, Hugh Grant, Max Beesley I really like it! Half an hour to go, but so far they let Jason do what he can do. Meaning no fake fights where someone who could never ever get close to being a better fighter come close to beating him. Always irritates the cr@p out of me. So far only seen fights where he uses his many skills and takes out the opponent(s) without any bull. Absolutely love that! Let the man show what he can do so we martial arts lovers finally get to see some believable action! In any case, movie is worth watching. Has some tongue in cheek as you can expect from a Guy Ritchie movie. |

Morgan Freeman It all seemed to lead up to something, and just when I was thinking it was getting really exciting the movie ended??? I was about to settle in, ready for the real action. Movie over? And a very weird ending, ambiguous. So I can understand the movie only has 4 rating. A crying shame, it could've been a great movie with a wee bit more effort. |

With Eva Green. Meaning we were conned in Casino Royale when they made us believe Vesper died. She didn't!?!! She just went back to London to work for the home office even though she left James Bond heartbroken. In any case, a crime/drama series. Pretty danged good. Both French and English spoken, about 50-50 I think. Set in UK, France, Belgium. |

65 - 2023 - 5,7 IMDB rating
EPIC!!! I give it a solid 10! I LOVED it! Crash landing on Earth 65 million yrs ago, not knowing what planet it is, nor what lived here. Helluva lot of dinos and other creepy crawler things, but not your regular dinos you saw in Jurassic Park/World. And... it was also that time that this asteroid was about to hit Earth that killed off all dinos. So the clock is ticking to try and get the hell off the planet! One of the best movies out now, but then I do love the dinosaur stuff. No dull moment in the movie, very well done! |

I don't get the low rating, it was excellent! I give it a solid 10! It's a true story. Totally unbelievable story at that! Think of having to fly AND land a rather large 2 engine King 200 when you only have a little experience in a Cessna and had trouble with that. It's either doing it, or crashing with your entire family. With Dennis Quaid in the lead. After their pilot dies unexpectedly mid-flight, passenger Doug White must safely land a plane and save his entire family from insurmountable danger. |

South African movie, and a bloody good movie at that! My rating is a 10! Loved it. Gentle, beautiful, pacifist Emma witnesses a murder in the wild. Six violent men killing a cop in cold blood. So, they hunt her like an animal in the desolate Karoo. She should have been easy prey. But life is full of surprises. |

Not a totally brill movie, yet it was interesting and I LOVED the ending!!! It is a movie with a message as in a way it's about us people ruining the planet beyond its limit to sustain human life. Then we have to get resourceful to try and survive & thrive nonetheless. Worth watching, although I did have moments I was close to switching it off. I'm glad I didn't as the end was so worth it! I rate it a 7. |

The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die - 2023 - 7,2 IMDB rating
The movie is the continuation and ending of the tv series "the last Kingdom". It was very much worth the watch. A crying shame that the whole lot is over now. I always loved the series! I rate it a 7,5. It wasn't what I'd expected of it, yet the ending was great. It wasn't bad either, just not as good as the series. |

FBI: Most Wanted
Tried it before and gave up on it. It didn't seem to flow in comparison to FBI that is far more professional set up. But cos I'd run out of things to watch I gave it another try. And Lo' and behold... it gets a ton better when they change the leader of the team for Dylan McDermott!! What a difference that has made! Now the show is finally getting somewhere. |

Really good new series with Max Thieriot, formerly in Seal Team. He left that as he got too busy with Fire Country in which he is the main character. QUite the loss for Seal Team as he was great as Clay. Fire Country has 22 episodes now, last one released yesterday. It has been renewed for a 2nd season. |
