When I put the age range and distance from of the women I'm looking for some bug in the system, changes them. For example when I select to search for women between the ages of 21 to 40 and 50 miles from me then click n the "Match Now" button it will switch to women 18 to 50 and 250 miles from me. I have repeatedly contacted the administrators of Mingle and was first told I had to fix it myself. My reply was that it is not my responsibility to fix their website. I was told that how to do a couple of times. Then they said is was something they are working to fix. That was about a week ago but it hasn't been fixed yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes I have the same problem, and the mutual match is completellu useless, I always get results that has no relation with my search filter

it is not a glitch. once you look at all the 21 to 40s in 50 miles mutual match can't show you more that meet that criteria so it adjusts the filters
mutual match was never built as a tool to find a match. it was designed for fun.

I have the same problem and contacted them but they sent me a bulls hit email that I have to log in on desktop and do somethin then log in on fone and do somethin and then log back in again which is totally screwed up and from wot I read they have told me to do somethin that won't help from wot I read so who's fooling who,about to delete this account,crap

For those asking about the Search feature once you put in the info and click search if you look below it will give those closer to you first then it filters out..

This feature you have to click on the Search each time you go there... due to it resets it's self automatically..

For those asking about Mutual Match you must have the upgrade in order to have that.. Therefore you can not use it unless you upgrade..

When doing a search, it would be helpful if the most recent on-line would be first listed, and then listed in order of on-line date. Many of the woman I have looked at have not been on-line in a month. Thank goodness you provide that information, or your website would be useless, because text messages would never be responded to. It also would be helpful if the default search parameters were also and option when clicking on "Who is on-line now".

I have my mail filters set yet I still get mail from men way younger than I have it set for. Idk what else I can do to only get mail from my parameters and matches in my parameters. All I get are men between 30 and 55 when all I want are men in their 60s and within 100 miles to be able to contact me.

Myself I use the filters and have no issues at all.. when it comes to mail.. Now the filters do not work on those that view your profile..
