My hands aren't getting much better. They were for a day or so but are really bothering me today. Is winter starting there? Yes winter is here. Do you need an operation? I hope you get better soon. Inflammation and joint pain could be helped by ice to get down swelling, then use heat. I do it for my knee and hip.

I just don't want my hands getting totally weak from wearing the braces. |
