My hands aren't getting much better. They were for a day or so but are really bothering me today. Is winter starting there?

stu I know you got your meds n such but a heating pad helps me when I over do it. you can make one by puttin a moist towel in a gallon ziplock then microwave it. just an idear. bourbon and beer sounds good too tho KLC.. this is a ruptured disc.. my sciatica switch sides yesterday while I was just walking Trouble. Heating pad won't touch this, Lord knows I tried..
