Just got back from the county DMV. A little shack in a backwater town. I arrive at 1:15 PM, its Wednesday, there were 4 people outside. The place was dark and deserted with a sign that said "Closed Till Furtter Notise" scrawled in magic marker. The door was locked. I went to the brand new public library up the road. Asked them where the DMV was located. They told me right down the road on the right, can't miss it the parking lot will be full. I just laughed. The next closest DMV is 30 miles one way. This one was a 20 mile drive. The Universe is conspiring against me. Good thing I still have a few weeks.
