As a women, I am all for womens rights. I draw the line bashing men. Seemed to turn into a bash Trump march. Bash men accused (after how long?) of things They failed IMO. It wasn't women's rights. It was hate men march I agree |

I believe a MARCH is a symbolic gathering just like standing for the flag. People are coming together over common concerns. People are standing in solidarity about certain events or issues. It is not always an official and specific protest of any one thing. It is a chance to stand with those that have similar values or goals and be inspired by those who are addressing those values or trying to work towards those goals. I also believe human rights are women's rights. So often those things that may not seem to be specifically or only affecting women, become an issue for women who recognize that there are women being affected(as well). We still haven't passed the ERA in this country. Many women do not get paid the same amount as a man does for the same job - and you think women just want attention? there are a plethora of issues and troubles all across the globe and no person or group is going to address them ALL at one event. We take them one at a time individually and with enough individuals to be covering several in several different places and times. |
