darkowl1. ~ UR start the for day is really healthy. Do U make that into a smoothie? What do U do for the rest of the day for food? CRANBERRIES R not for me however, blueberries R watermelon for the potassium. THXS. AT my age I need all the help I can get Thank you for the compliment, and yes, the Nutri-bullet does just that. The cranberries you don't taste, so it might be a good one for you if you're not allergic. Cranberries have quinine and other things that clean you kidneys and urinary tract so you won't get any chance of infection, and you won't get up to pee as often. They also clean out other parts of the body too. Blueberries are a must as well, for sooo many reasons, and I'm having watermelon and blueberries as we speak. great for climates like ours. I'll be in Rodeo New Mexico soon, and am looking forward to the drier heat, but still will keep hydrated with as many fruits and veggies as i can. One needs them at any age. I haven't been sick since 2003 when I started this food journey. keep up the great work! Remember how big the watermelons were in the 50's and 60's??? many were consistently 3' in length. |

Well I came home super hungry from gym , I planned on Hawaiian teriyaki riblets slow cooked in oven and sweet potatoes leftover from the the other night but I got hungry waiting so had a kale / mixed green salad with poppyseed dressing I couldn't finish it and the ribs got done and I just stored them in the fridge. I don't eat to many carbs, but I seen those sweet potatoes in a steamer bag at a store and thought I'd try them and my roommate said that they like sweet potatoes , so when I told them that there was some in the fridge they said "is there brown sugar on them? I just laughed and said no, I mean no "oh thanks", or that was nice of you ....... I tell you sometimes
